Transfer Your Records
With your permission, we’ll contact your previous orthodontist to transfer your records. This includes X-rays, treatment notes, and any other pertinent information to ensure no interruption in your care.

After reviewing your records, Dr. Chyun will assess your treatment and discuss the next steps with you.
